Authorities identified the five people killed in a three-vehicle crash on Highway 6 through Carbon County, Utah

Five people were killed in a multi-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon north of Price. The victims were identified by the Utah Highway Patrol on Friday.

The vehicle attempted to pull out into a designated acceleration lane, but overshot and went into the next lane where a semitruck "pulling doubles" was driving.
