One person is dead following a crash on a highway in northwest Iowa. According to an Iowa State Patrol crash report, Joann Martin, 64, of Hinton, was traveling westbound in a Chrysler Voyager on C70 in Plymouth County Wednesday morning.

The Minnesota State Patrol says a 17-year-old boy from Austin, Minnesota driving a Kia Optima was in a head-on collision with a Ford Transit Van driven by a 25-year-old woman from Rockwell, Iowa on southbound Hwy. 218 at around 10:50 a.m. Tuesday.

A North Iowa woman lost her life in a collision in Mower County, Minnesota, on Tuesday. The other driver, a 17-year-old boy from Austin, Minnesota, was also killed.

According to the Iowa State Patrol, 40-year-old Angela Zeigler, of Humboldt, was southbound on Highway 169 when a Toyota Corolla turned left in front of her, hitting the motorcycle head-on. The crash happened around 8:15 p.m. Saturday, just south of Humboldt. Zeigler died at the scene.

: The Minnesota State Patrol has identified one of the victims in Tuesday's crash. Jacie Mae Weaver, 25 of Rockwell, died in the collision along with a 17-year-old from Austin.
