But after 22 years, the three of them are now saying goodbye to their working relationship. Speaking on BBC Radio 4’s Today programme, May was honest about them being a little bit long in the tooth.

Having made a name for themselves on the BBC with Top Gear, the three friends then started The Grand Tour in 2015.
